Buildings 

Kintland has different building models it uses to build its public housing. These models have evolved through the years being upgraded and updated to fit the most modern comfortable design possible. Thousands of these buildings have been built by the Kintlandian government, South Finland, and USSR governments throughout modern history. These modern buildings are built in every Kintlandian city, exept for the ones that are designed specificly for a city. And the ones build by South Finland where just copys of the ones made by the USSR in the 1960s and 1950s. Kintland has 3 different indentifiers for residential buildings, high dencity including sky scrapers and large mass housing complexes, medium dencity including most public housing blocks, and low dencity including smaller rural public housing blocks and everything below. The building designes for each housing building built by the DSCRK government are listed and described below, followed by the apartment types and floorplans of the buildings and apartments.

Kintland is also the home to some of the only skyscrapers in Europe, In Nalviki there are 20 skyscrapers total with 2 main towers, and in Nivian there 4 skyscrapers total. Also the Nalviki Tv Tower, The Nivian Tv Tower, and the New Viipouri Tv Tower. Kintland is able to build all these using national leighbor as well as the help of international designers and contractors. 

KINTLANDIAN POLICY ON LOW DECITY HOUSES Kintland allows for the construction and residency in small detached induavidual houses, even though the majority of the population and the preferance of the Kintlandian government for people to live in housing blocks, this is because they are easier to maintain and make the most effecient sence for urban planning. But there are also rural historical houses, where people are allowed to live normally, but there is also the option to build new detached induavidual houses in rural areas. This is only allowed in rural areas that include the following places: Trinaburg, New Kazan, Tristonburg, East Nivian, Prevorburg, Zemelest, Allagret, Derenburg, Dionitrent, Shaftenburg, Davidburg, Vurteron, Skiland, and Stristan. Exept from these cities houses have been demolished and people are only allowed to live in the apartment blocks. But in thesse rural areas, you can own a house by buying materials, getting the proper tools, getting a place you are allowed to put it, and build your house by yourselfs or with the help of a government contractor. This is all not free, Kintland promises free housing but only to apartment blocks and historical already placed homes. And when you get your house built, you will or can be suplied electricity and plumbing, and need to set up and adress with the city government to get post and waste services. And you can sell this home on the private housing market for a price of your choosing if you want later. 

You can also buy these induavidual houses off the private housing market for a price, but the land it sits on is still technically owned by the government.
