Law Enforcement

In Kintland there are 3 levels of police, полиция, милиция, and Федеральное ополчение. The полиция is the regular common police around Kintland that patrol, complete traffic work, and respond to calls from 211. The милиция is the higher level of the полиция, they carry heavier guns in their vehicles, have faster vehicles, and all милиция officers must have worked in the полиция for 2 years; the милиция still also does the same things as the полиция. And the Федеральное  ополчение is the federal police basicly, they only patroll and work in Nalviki and only work outside of Nalviki in the federal buildings, they patroll these areas, the areas around the federal capital, wear traditional soviet style uniforms unlike the modern ones of the other 2 police levels, while also acting kind of like "decorational police" kind of like the british royal guards; the Федеральное  ополчение  is also responsable for special work where members of athuarity are needed like being the Kintlandian TSA.

Officer I Starting/regular officers doing regular police work

Corporal II higher level of officers also doing regular work but have more training and higher pay

Commander III in command of a police location/manager of officers and corporals

Lieutenant IIII in assistance to constables/conducting and managing higher level work 

Constable IIIII in command of lieutenants, commanders, corporals, and officers/managing police operations, usually only work at the police headquarters in Nalviki or at municipal head locations.
