All Kintlandian phone numbers start with 7 and are followed by 7 digits; which is a unique phone code just for Kintland. The #7 as a pre number was originally given to the USSR, and Kintland used it as a part of the collaboration between the 2 countries, all the former soviet republics continue to use 7 numbers as well.
